Return Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

  • Change of mind is not applicable for returns.

Exchange Policy

  • Refunds are not offered under any condition.

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Change of mind is not applicable for exchanges.

  • For exchanges, the customer must pay the delivery charges.

Requirements for Return or Exchange

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory. Without it, no claim will be entertained.

  • The return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Verification and Resolution

  • All claims will be verified within 3–4 working days after receiving your request.

  • Once verified, a replacement parcel will be dispatched promptly in case of exchange.

  • For returns, your payment will be settled according to our support team’s instructions (refund method will be communicated directly).
